Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Returns and Refund Policy explains your rights to return items, request refunds, and cancel subscriptions, in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

1. Returns (Physical Products)

You have the right to return most products within 14 days of receiving them, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
You must notify us by email at [support@kronosfit.co.uk] within 14 days of receiving the item.
You then have another 14 days to return the item.

Items Not Eligible for Return:

Digital products once downloaded or accessed
Items marked "non-returnable" at the time of sale

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address.
Please package the item securely and send it using a tracked service.

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds (Physical Products)

Process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made a mistake with your order.

5. Subscription Cancellations & Refunds

a. Cancelling a Subscription

If cancelled before your next billing date, you will not be charged again.
Your access or benefits will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

b. Subscription Refunds

We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle unless required by law or in the case of technical issues caused by us. Please contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

6. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds once a digital product has been accessed, downloaded, or streamed, unless it is faulty or otherwise not as described.
